Access the following menus:
General Ledger>GL Enquiries>
Access the Transactions by Account Code option.
Enter the code in the selection and leave the Year offset as None and the Periods From and To blank.
Access the Ranges/Reconciliation Details screen.
Select the Transaction Date From and To.
Select the Search action.
Details retrieved span the years selected.
